08Complaints
We always strive to provide the best possible services, and it is important to us that you let us know if any issues arise, so that we can deal with them fairly and efficiently. This section sets out how you can make a complaint to us if we have fallen short of your expectations, and how we will deal with it.
Making a complaint
You can submit a complaint by emailing us at info@seis.earth. So that we can deal with it as quickly as possible, we ask that you provide:
- your full name;
- an email address and telephone number we can contact you on;
- a description of your complaint which is as clear and detailed as possible and includes all relevant information; and
- any documentation related to your complaint.
What happens next
- Acknowledgement. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint by email within 5 working days of the date we receive it.
- Investigation. We will carry out an investigation into the circumstances of your complaint. If we need any further information from you, we will let you know. Investigations generally take up to 14 days to complete, but where a complaint is complex it may take longer; if we think the investigation will take longer, we will inform you.
- Response. Once we have carried out a full investigation, we will email you setting out our response, and if your complaint is upheld, we will provide you with a proposed resolution. Where your complaint is not upheld, we will explain why.
If you are unsatisfied with our response
We aim to be as fair as possible, and most complaints are resolved at the response stage. However, if you are not satisfied with our response, you can ask for your complaint to be escalated by writing to the same address with "Complaint escalation" in the subject line; it will then be reviewed by a director.
If you are a consumer, you may find the Citizens Advice website helpful for further information on your legal rights. Complaints about the use of your personal data can also be made to the Information Commissioner's Office; see our privacy policy.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them or to the website.
